Bruce W. Nash, Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Mr. Nash is an experienced senior level executive and Business Professional with more than 20 years of
experience in Management, Sales, Strategic Planning and Contract Negotiations. He has been responsible
for Business Development, Project Implementation Management, and consulting projects with many top
fortune 500 companies and start-up companies, including IBM, Raychem/Tyco, Kaiser, Syntex, Tivo, Sprint,
Hewlett Packard, Excite@Home, Visa, and Sony.

Prior to NextWire Systems Mr. Nash served as President of Quality Apex, a software development and testing
company. He also served as President of BES and Vice President of Sales and Operations for Software
Advanced Technologies, a company specializing in test plan engineering, automated and manual software
testing, and software security analysis. Mr. Nash worked closely with the management team as an executive
and board member to drive the company's strategic direction and to ensure that product and service
offerings continued to be aligned with current and future customer needs. Outside of the business
community Mr. Nash was President and co-founder of Hayman Preparatory School where he developed a
systematic approach to assisting students in their academic pursuit of higher education.  Mr. Nash holds a
Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Morgan State University, Maryland and is pursuing his
MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University, Belmont CA.



Craig A. Robinson, Chief Operating Officer & Founder

During his 20-year career, Mr. Robinson has established himself as a visionary, strategist, and leader in
operations, information technology and R&D.  His broad range of experience includes business startup and
acquisition, corporate and division P&L leadership, advanced technology integration, and marketing.  

Prior to NextWire Systems, Mr. Robinson sequentially held several vice president positions at Symantec
Corporation, including Vice President of Managed Security Services, Vice President of Solution Delivery, and
Vice President of Product Marketing.  Previously, he was COO and CTO of META Security Group, and co-
founder and COO of Secure Network Consulting, Incorporated (acquired during his tenure as a subsidiary of
AXENT Technologies and, subsequently, the professional services arm of Symantec).  Mr. Robinson also
has held senior-level executive positions as President of Commercial Operations and, previously, CIO of
Trident Data Systems (since acquired by General Dynamics).  In addition to these senior executive roles he
has over five years of experience as a military systems analyst responsible for defining, developing, and
evaluating concepts for advanced high-technology systems, including delivery of prototypes.  He is co-author
of the reference Secure Internet Practices (Auerbach Publications).  Mr. Robinson earned a Master’s degree
in Engineering Mechanics from Stanford University. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
from Stanford.



Harold A. Nizamian, Senior Vice President of Business Development

As former CEO of Dakin, Inc. Mr. Nizamian built a $240M company with sales and distribution in 85
countries. He introduced Garfield into the toy/gift industry in 43 countries. Mr. Nizamian was chairman of the
Toy Industry Safety Committee for two terms. He built a successful start up division for Monogram Products,
Largo, FL and achieved sales of 8 Million in two years. Mr. Nizamian speaks seven languages and is a
graduate of the UC Berkeley Business School.



Robert H. Clemons, Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Clemons has over 25 years of software engineering, data processing and computer science experience,
starting with the development of the Navigational-Nonacoustic Subsystem for Hughes Aircraft's SURTASS
Project. He also was a member of the Xerox Star development Team at Xerox PARC in Palo Alto.
Mr. Clemons has held engineering management positions with Fairchild (Schlumberger) ATE, Olivetti ATC
and VLSI Technology focusing on primarily on Software Product Engineering.
Prior to NextWire Systems, Mr. Clemons’ software consulting business, Cutting Edge Technology, has been
engaged by Apple, HP, TIBCO, DEC, Agilent Technologies, Space Systems Loral, GE Calma, DuPont
Photomask, MasPar, and United Air Lines.  Cutting Edge Technology has increased its revenue ten fold over
initial earning levels while implementing projects across the complete software/hardware/firmware
development cycles in systems, applications, networks, data base, storage and security.
Mr. Clemons earned a bachelor's degree, Physics/Math major, from the University of Notre Dame and has
attended graduate schools in Physics (Stanford), Structural Engineering (UC Berkeley) and Computer
Science (USC).
